Meghan Ercolano, MSW, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Connecticut and utilizes a variety of specialized treatment approaches and techniques. Goals are centered on increasing clients' insight into their struggles and facilitating the development of new skills to improve current functioning and increase overall satisfaction and well-being. Meghan has a diverse background working with individuals from a wide range of ages with children and adolescents with their struggles and aspirations, parents with conflicting and complicated roles, couples and their emotional, mental, and physical needs collectively and individually, and following women and their partners through pregnancy, birth, and parenthood (the perinatal period) and beyond. Meghan has been trained in Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Tf-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Perinatal Mental Health Treatment.
Meghan is also SIFI certified (Seminar in Field Instruction) through Southern Connecticut State University and has provided field placements and provides supervision for aspiring MSW students and MSW graduates working towards their clinical license.

Meghan received her Master's of Social Work (MSW) from Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Service and her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Manhattan College. She is a member National Education Association (NEA), the Connecticut Education Association (CEA), and is a member of The National Association of Social Workers (NASW). Throughout the completion of her Master's degree, Meghan worked at both private non-profit mental health agencies and public agencies, hospitals, and schools to gain the necessary knowledge and skills for private practice.
Throughout Meghan's many years of experience, she has worked in various settings helping children, adolescents, and adults cope with depression, anxiety, loss, life transitions, relationship conflicts, learning disabilities, executive functioning struggles, and/or behavioral issues. She has clinical experience and expertise in treatment of child, adolescent, and adult trauma, Trauma- and Stressor-Related Disorders, Neurodevelopmental Disorders, Emotional Disturbance, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Mood Disorders, Depression, and Anxiety Disorders and Perinatal Mental Health. Meghan specializes in the utilization of a breadth of psycho-therapeutic techniques that are designed to effectively help those struggling with a wide range of difficulties. With extensive experience treating children, adolescents, and adults with a focus on facilitating the process of improving personal functioning and alleviating subjective distress.
